Introduction

Hello everyone,

I’m Trichini Parmeswaree Sewchurn ; I’m twenty-one years old, living in the North of Mauritius Island which is situated in the Indian Ocean. Mauritius is known for its beaches, lagoons, reefs and its different cultures. I have studied a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication with specialization in Web Media and Marketing at the Curtin Mauritius. I am someone extremely optimistic and I love to venture myself at distinctive locations. Essentially, I keep travelling to have an immense portico of photographs and I’m someone positively peppy and full of curiosity. As a fervent photographer, I adore discovering incredible places of interest in the paradise Mauritius.

I have preferred this portrait because I love intriguing portraits of breathtaking places especially while having the quintessence of nature, it makes me happy and enthusiastic.  In this portrait, I attended a Regate Festival at the Mahebourg Waterfront in Mauritius, as I wanted to promote Mauritian as far as being an Islander also known as "Zilwa". I am really looking to complete my Mauritian wish list bucket this season. I have built a unique identity that leaves my footprint to avid travelers. This picture portrait my enthusiastic, virtues and love for nature that I fancy about discovering and sharing my countless trek experiences.

Interest

I have a passion for fauna and I like to adventure outdoor especially in the green landscapes wherein there is an abundance of green landmasses. It helps me to acquire a more peaceful and travel-oriented life. Since childhood, I adore trekking with my family members and friends and this has helped me a lot in strengthening the bond of love and trust. I always go trekking during my school holidays and I have a collection of every tiny moment of those picturesque trips. This has certainly helped me in spending quality time and one of the most enjoyable moments with my dear people wherein I get to learn more from them.

Moreover, I love hiking peaks, ravines, and mounds wherein I get to admire the perky and superficialities of nature; I enjoy the serenity and tranquility of nature. Gazing at those trees and streams make me feel like I’m in a utopian place and thus, in Mauritius Island, there’s no doubt that Mauritius is known as the paradise island where it is surrounded by the splendors of nature. "Hiking is a mixture of entertaining, exercise and self-mastery which is altered by expert’s physical skills" (Cordell and Super, 2000, p.133). Exploring the nature makes one feel relax and relieved from all the tensions, stresses and worries of the everyday life. Additionally, hiking helps me to attain my spiritual fulfillment where I get the opportunity to adventure and explore the nature and breath the fresh air and being away from the pollution.

Furthermore, I love taking pictures of interesting attractions especially the wonders of nature. I get to share my beautiful experiences with friend and family on my social media platforms wherein they display their interests and ambitions to visit those beautiful places as well. Therefore, this leaves a deep imprint in my heart where I will always savor and rejuvenate whenever I will see those pictures again by reminiscing those photographs.

Additionally, visiting those wonderful places in Mauritius and adventuring myself in the beautiful and romantic coastline of my islet makes me feel in dreamland. Swimming is one of my favorite hobbies as it is an activity, which contributes to my good health. “Zilwa Attractions” is my theme that is related to my personal interest of my beautiful island. Exploring the beautiful attractions of my beautiful island makes me more skillful and knowledgeable about my island.
